Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I play the sims 4 a lot and had over 100 hours on the game. I bought a bunch of packs for it and everything. Then i got logged out of my account and couldn't remember my password, so i had to change it and i logged back in. However, when i got in i had lost all the packs purchased and had to redownload the game. It was showing that i had 0 hours and 0 minutes. But when i did redownload it all of my worlds were still there, my problem is with the packs. When i go to my download history i see them there that i did download them, and when i went to go play one of my worlds it said that i required all these packs to play it, which shows i already had them and used them. I spent a lot of money on these and i dont want to spend more just rebuying them. I couldn't find any other way to get in contact with the EA team. Does someone know what's going on and how i can get all of my packs back?
