Freeze/Crash Random moments, Disconnect from lobby then Crash

I currently run a Radeon RX 570 8gb, AMD FX 6300 Six core processor 

When my game starts the game is slow to load and sound breaks in and out in the same pattern. It will crash at random moments. It also randomly starts in windowed mode after i've put it in full screen several times. I've tried running the game on lowest settings and the same problems still occur.  All my other games run fine.  PubG, Dead By Daylight, Counterstrike, etc. All except this god forsaken game that will not run right.  I am only so smart, and cant figure out the reason why.
