Hmm I see, I've taken a quick look at your DxDiag and so far I sadly enough don't really see anything that could be a direct cause.
If you ever do install the game again and encounter it, try some of the steps mentioned below. I'm sure you've tried a decent chunk of those, though anything you haven't tried, might be worth a shot.
I believe that following some of the steps from this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/1jqvsoy/fixed_i_finally_got_core_isolation_memory/
could also potentially resolve this issue, as the issue you are encountering is also related to EAC, even though you are not crashing/freezing as indicated in the linked post.
Hell, maybe even disabling your integrated webcam in Windows could probably solve it, though there are so many factors that could cause it that it becomes tedious to figure it out.
Also were you able to get into the game via a different account? If it's account-specific then it could help with tracking down the issue.
1. Connected Hardware
In some cases hardware connected to your Laptop/PC could cause problems with the anticheat causing this issue.
Usually this seems to be caused by external storage (e.g., Flash Drives, External Drive bays), so try unplugging any hardware that you don't really use to see if that resolves it.
This also includes hardware that is connected wirelessly, in some cases bluetooth earbuds have caused this as well. (Not confirmed, though if you have a NAS or something alike accessible via your network, try turning it off to see if that makes a difference)
2. Change your DNS server
Some users have reported that switching the DNS server they used has resolved this issue for them.
If you are using Cloudflare's DNS servers, try switching to Google's DNS servers or vice versa.
3. Delete Cache/Settings
There is a directory that remains untouched when uninstalling/repairing your game, to navigate here, follow these steps:
(Make sure the game is closed before attempting any of this)
1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
2. Put in %USERPROFILE%\saved games\respawn\apex and click OK.
This folder should contain 3 folders:
- assets: used for storing temporary data in-game, removing this folder does not have any impact as these are re-generated on startup
- local: contains your keymappings and videosettings + cache & logs, removing this folder will delete all your settings and upon startup will revert to default settings
- profile: contains some settings, not sure which ones, but same applies as with the local folder
Personally I'd recommend to delete your assets folder first and see if that does anything.
If that doesn't fix it, make a backup of the local & profile folders if you want, and delete them from the original directory.
4. XMP & Overclocking
(The DxDiag only shows stock values so I could not see whether or not it's overclocked, so I still included this section in-case)
If you have done any CPU/GPU overclocking, try reverting back to their factory values.
Same applies to your RAM, disable any XMP profiles you've set via the BIOS.
5. Make sure the game makes use of the proper GPU.
Since you're using a laptop, you have integrated graphics but also the 3050 GPU.
1. Open your Windows Settings
2. Click on "System"
3. Click on "Display"
4. Click on "Graphics"
You'll see a list with applications, check if you can find Apex in there.
(If you cannot, you'll have to manually add the .exe file via the "Custom options for apps" section)
Click on Apex and then click on options
Then select the "High Performance" option. (Which should indicate that it would use your 3050 GPU)
Press Save and check if that resolved your issue.
6. Disable full-screen optimizations
Some have mentioned that this fixed it for them, worth a shot.
1. Go to the folder where Apex Legends is installed
2. Right click on "r5apex_dx12.exe" and click on properties
3. Navigate to the "Compatibility" tab and check “Disable fullscreen optimizations”
4. Click "Apply" and "OK"
7. Running the game as administrator
1. Go to the folder where Apex Legends is installed
2. Right click on "r5apex_dx12.exe" and click on properties
3. Navigate to the "Compatibility" tab and check “Run this program as an administrator”
4. Click "Apply" and "OK"
