Yes it is! I'm on Xbox one. It doesn't give me an error message it just tells me to go to EA.com/unable-to-connect. I've been scrolling through these threads trying to resolve it with the troubleshooting and I even tried clearing the MAC address and restarting my Xbox but it isn't working

@Perpetualxlight Super odd question time - Are you using the D-pad or the controller sticks to navigate the menu?
- I use the controller stick. Should I try using the D-pad?

@Perpetualxlight Nope, the up direction on the D-pad was causing some client crashes yesterday, thought it may be related to your issue.
Can you try changing your DNS on the console to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and let me know if that helps?
Okay so changing the DNS didn't seem to work although instead of kicking me out when announcing the champion squad it let me land before kicking me out. I'm going to try switching to Oregon through the data center now because that seems to have worked for a few people. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to fix the problem!
Unfortunately switching data centers isn't working either. Not sure what's going on with it today. Usually I don't have any problems.

@Perpetualxlight That's super odd, have you tried a full uninstall/reinstall already?
I have not tried that yet. I am reinstalling now. I will let you know if that fixes the issue in 30 minutes or so.
@EA_Cade I've tried a few games after reinstalling now and I got kicked out again. I was kind of sad that time because I was in the middle of out playing a Bangalore with pathfinder lol
@EA_Cade I'll totally buy a skin if you can fix this today 😉 lol

@Perpetualxlight Can you try launching on a different gamertag on your console and let me know if you can get passed the point where you're usually booted please?
Unfortunately it didn't help. I got kicked out in the same amount of time all three games. This is the message I get btw. @EA_Cade

@Perpetualxlight Gotcha, looks like we're on the right path - Try highlighting the game on the dashboard and hitting the start button, then select Manage Game - Saved data - Your Gamertag- Delete from everywhere.
Hopefully it's just a corrupted save setting.

@Perpetualxlight Last ditch effort - Try going through these steps https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults please and make sure you select "keep my games & apps" or you'll have to reinstall everything.
Fingers crossed Okay! I will give that a try. I'm heading to work but I'll try it when I get off and I'll let you know if that works!
