Re: eac error the client is not running the anti cheat or failed authentication

@EA_Darko so, apparently there was some weird avast cleanup premium leftovers that i checked, and after downloading a third party uninstaller and running it to remove said leftovers the game actually worked!
it just amazes me how * avast can be, goddamn, thank you so much for sparkling that little idea on my head. you were a great help!
if there's anyway i could to help you out, i would gladly do it

    Great to hear that you got it sorted @lousef.

    False positives can really be annoying but the good thing is that they are almost always an easy fix.
