That PlayStation error code means "Operation not supported."

We recommend trying a power cycle first before launching the game again before reinstalling. If you have the game installed on an external hard drive, make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues.

Do you have any non-gaming devices plugged into the USB slot?

Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

And no nothing is in usb ports.

How much space do you have available on your hard drive?

Is your PS4 connected to a power surge or directly into the outlet, is your PS4 dusty and in an open space with enough ventilation?

Do you get this error when you try to launch the game from a different PSN ID profile?

Try restoring the license

= no dust , alone on the desk so heat is no problem.

Now i think what is MAYBE the problem! I try to go into game with my wife account and it gets there to the point that you must sing in psn account in apex!

She doesnt have psn account so i stopped there.

So problem is my account !!!! Because i dont get past to the respawn showing screen at the beginnin!

can you check my stats or something ?
