Haven’t received my battlepass even after 24 hrs of purchase

I recently bought the ultimate battlepass from the ea app itself but it has been more than 24 hrs i havent recieved it. I sent 2 mails regarding my problem and no reply has been given to me till now it has been more than 24 hours
