Yeah, cause its our fault and not ea's problematic servers sick and tired of trying to get back into the match and getting disconnected. Meanwhile my friends who are playing in a different country just manage to cling on but the game is super laggy for them to a point where its unplayable but hey at least they don't get a disconnect penalty cause they die of the ring fix your servers or add a feature when you disconnect and make an attempt to join again you don't lose your rp or get a penalty until you fix your problematic servers before you tell us to check our settings cause you don't know how to make your servers more compatible with the various consoles/ don't automatically implement the settings into the game.
no other disconnect issues with other games... only Apex. follows guide" when servers are bad... Players get punished for it because their servers are bad. GG.

Getting real sick and tired of you guys not fixing the things we as the community ask for. I just now got DC and was penalized for "abandoning" I'm so tired of it man why do you guys not actually do things to fix your game?
I´m experiencing the same problem. I got disconnected from the server with a error code. My internet connection is perfectly fine, have another computers in the house and mine and others are working without any issue. In the middle of a ranked match i got disconnected, i tried to reconnect instantly, i got the "unable to reconnect" error and now i have 10 mins penalty and -90 points in ranked due to an internal server error. You had to change the split map due to this kind of error and now its happening less but still happening, you need some kind of system that detects when is a server problem and don`t apply the penalty or at least disabled the penalty system until you fixed the problem... this is ridiculous. I hope that i´ll can be alive to see a season without some kind of unresolved problem but instead of fixing them, they are being stacked season after season.
I too am getting very frustrated. Twice this week I have been giving a 10 minute Abandon penalty from getting disconnected during Arena match….it will not allow me back into match after my game freezes and sends me back to home screen with Error message.
getting really annoyed. Getting disconnected is not leaving the match. I do not rage quit. Please fix.
This has now happened to me 4 times since taking about a year off of the game because of same issues. I’ve been playing 7 days and already about to stop again… fix this please.

This is back again. My internet gets disconnected and when I get back to the game I just get abandon penalty for 10mins
