Hey I am having the same issue, PC player Ryzen 3700x, 16gb RAM, 3080 12GB, Nvme 1tb gen 4. I have checked event veiwer and nothing related shows and no other issues that could course system delay. I have adjusted graphics settings to reduce load on the system but this does not help. Every 2-4 matches FPS will drop from 200+ to around 180. in game fps counter will show connection going from around 30ms to around 40ms but when returning to the lobby connection shows between 130-200ms. In match game play goes from smooth to sometimes as bad as playing a stop motion video. I have Apex on steam. lunch command +fps_max 0 -high -preload (I have tried different combos but no change). I know this is an old post but it's still a massive issue for me.
