Re: Daily quests and treasure timer bugged

Thanks for the post, this is being looked into. 

I have the same daily timer issue, but my treasure pack timer's normal. Can you check on that again when it should reset (just under 2 hours from now)?

If and when we have any more info on the quest issue we'll let folks know.

Nope I cant loot the treasure. Btw yesterday after update I saw some anomalies: 1st one: Week 7 missons appeared 30 minutes early and after one game they dissapered. 2nd: In the treasures screen catch up button was useable for 3 remaining treasures. I didnt bought them. I thought maybe ea made that on purpose but know I know that was a bug after I took the daily treasure cathup button was dissapered too.

I hope ea quickly find a solution for those problems I want to do this event mission to get that rewards :D

Can't seem to get new daily challenges?
Is this a bug or just a silly error somewhere?

Does anyone else have this?

Same problem here, the daily quests and event quests aren't refreshing.

I was playing with my friend on Tuesday. We just finished landing and started looting, but the game abruptly crashed, showed an error message and had to be force shut by both of us. An update might have been a reason, because we had to download it right after.

We logged back in and found out the event had started. New weekly challenges were given about two hours early, though they were closed during following match without progress. The event also started.

The bugs affected us differently. Here are mine:

The daily challenges were reset two hours early. When I started to do the new ones, they themselves would work normally, but they wouldn't progress the weekly "Complete 5 / 10 daily challenges" challenges, or if they did, they were reset back to 0 after a game. Now the daily challenges are due to reset after 4 days.

The Treasure hunt challenges did not reset for me, so now I'm stuck with that progress also.

The treasure pack is showing additional hours. It started from around 120 hours and is currently at 94 hours.

My friend's bugs:

The daily and the event challenges will not reset. Other things listed before work correctly.

Hopefully you can find a fix soon. Though slowing the progress for the time being, at least it does not prevent playing.

@EA_Davidi tried looting the treasure pack and you cant pick it up, are we going to be able to get the ones we couldnt pick up after the fix? and will this be the same for the battle pass levels? thanks already for the reply

Soo, i still have this problem, i dont know what to do... like honstly i was playing all day and did not do a single challenge from the event, cuz i dont have a new one.. it's soo frustrating and saad. Just fix it.. 

Same issue here and I also noticed those abnormalities yesterday morning after the update. I was able to complete all 4 daily challenges early and buy the remaining treasure packs (I didn’t buy them) but this changed around 1 and my weeklys reset as well as dailys and Treasure Hunter challenges. 

Hopefully the treasure pack, treasure hunter challenge points, and 7000 daily challenge points will be returned since we missed out today.
