EA, please give my account back..

I'm writing this post out of frustration and heartbreak. My Apex Legends account was suddenly and permanently banned without any warning, explanation, or evidence provided. I’ve now submitted 7 appeals through the official EA support channels, but every response I received felt like an automated message—cold, dismissive, and without any proper investigation into my case.

Let me explain my situation clearly:

I’ve been playing Apex since high school, and I’ve invested over 1,400 hours into the game.

I’ve spent a significant amount of money on cosmetics, including recently purchasing the R301 Legendary skin just a week before the ban.

I have never cheated, and I strongly suspect my account may have been hacked or compromised. I noticed login attempts from places I’ve never been, like Shenzhen, Toronto, and Singapore. Meanwhile, I’ve lived in Australia for the past few years and have not left the country.

This account is more than a game profile. It holds my youth, my identity, and countless memories. I am someone who was born male but identifies as female. In real life, I’ve faced judgment and rejection. But in Apex, I found a space where I could feel respected and truly be myself.

Since the ban, I’ve created a new account and reached Diamond III within just one week. I believe this proves that I am a capable, fair, and dedicated player who has no reason to cheat.

All I’m asking is for EA to take my case seriously. Please check my login IP history and verify whether any suspicious or cheating behavior was linked to my real location. Treat this as an account compromise, not a cheat case.

Please, EA, give me back my account. I just want to continue enjoying the game I love, fairly and honestly.

Thank you.

If you had gotten a response that states to "not expect anything further", that does unfortunately mean that the ban will be upheld.

I can understand how much your account means to you, as I've been playing since the first month of the game's release and have more than 5k hours in the game, (I'd hate to lose access to my account too):

I am also a member of the LGBTQIA+ community who had faced judgment and rejection, (which is why I like how inclusive the game is with its characters as well), so I do know how important it is to feel welcomed within a community.

As unfortunate as it is to be banned on your main account, I do not recommend using an alternate account while you have a banned account as that would be seen as "ban evading", which can result in the second account being banned as well, (making the first account highly unlikely to be unbanned).

I recommend setting up Two Factor Authentication, (if you haven't already), to help strengthen your account's security.

Since bans cannot be handled on the forums, that would be something for the EA TOS Team to look into as the EA Staff here are unable to review your account's ban.
