Hey @Dech0225

Would you mind sharing a DxDiag here when you've got a chance? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website

Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

    @Dech0225

    Thanks! I appreciate it.

    That particular BSOD error can sometimes point to RAM issues. When you have the chance can you try running the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to see if it identifies any issues?

    To run the tool open up your Control Panel in Windows and click on Administrative Tools. Click on the Memory Diagnostic tool and select "restart now and check for problems." Your PC will restart and the test should run automatically. It might take a few minutes to finish running.

    Let me know what you find out once you've been able to give it a shot. Thanks again.

  • Hi all,

    I have the same problem with similar symptoms (BSOD bad_pool_header in first 10 seconds after map loading). Memtest86 shows 0 errors and apex is the only game with such a problem.

    It started about 1-2 weeks ago and before this everything worked well.

    I appreciate it!

    Looking at the DxDiag you attached it appears that your video card drivers are from about a year ago. Have you tried updating to the most recent NVIDIA drivers to test and see if that helps at all?

    You can find more details on how to update over at the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still running into the same BSOD afterward. Thanks!

  • Many thanks for your attention!

    I resolved the Issue by deinstalling Apex Legends and Origin from my PC. Also I sold my GeForce GTX 1050 and bought a guitar. Guitar helped me to find a girlfriend. So now I'm happy and not suffer from BSOD's, Unregistered shots, cheaters and Mastiff abusement. Currently, I'm saving money to buy, hang drum and RAV drum.

    P.s. I still whatching Apex Legends streams, because the game is very interesting, when you watch the player, who can actually play it.

    P.p.s. don't tell to my girlfriend
