Hey @m3talraider,

If you've submitted an appeal through EA Help using the steps here, that'll be perfect.

Just to clarify, the ban history on the website shows some very specific types of bans, but does not display all bans or suspensions. Sorry for the confusion there.

If you're ever seeing a ban message in-game, do feel free to appeal that with our Terms of Service team using the information in the above link and they'll be happy to take another look at the account.

  • I have done two disputes and each time they say they have thoroughly looked at my account and the ban stands.  They send me a link to the user agreement, but fail to explain what it was I did.  Never got an email, don't know what I did, there is nothing in my ban history.  How am I supposed to "learn my lesson" without knowing what I did.  When I put my kids in timeout, I fully explain why, not just putting them in timeout and letting them figure out why.  I wish I knew how to get my money back on the damn game I bought I can't even play.  EA is a joke...

    I have 15 active and closed tickets on this where i have had my steam account compromisedand then they used my apex game for some sort of action that resulted in a ban, all i keep getting is the generic " we have reviewed your account and will not change the ban" message. EA is not doing a proper check, i have provided them with all the information showing that my account had been logged in from several locations as well as the login history for my steam account and they still are not un banning my account.

  • How does one appeal a ban that does not show up in the history.... there is not anything for me to click to appeal. and yet i am banned......
