    If you've submitted an appeal through EA Help using the steps here, that'll be perfect.

    Just to clarify, the ban history on the website shows some very specific types of bans, but does not display all bans or suspensions. Sorry for the confusion there.

    If you're ever seeing a ban message in-game, do feel free to appeal that with our Terms of Service team using the information in the above link and they'll be happy to take another look at the account.

How does one appeal a ban that does not show up in the history.... there is not anything for me to click to appeal. and yet i am banned......
