Hey @Criitical_TV your UO Trace is showing connection issues, you have some very high ping times and you also have Ping best/worst differences of 100ms+. Any difference of 100ms+ is a cause for concern.
The best thing I can recommend is to try the steps I shared above and speak with your ISP.
Darko Seriously what kind of "support" is that. Everyone has these issues and this guy be like "talk to your ISP". Fix your goddamn game ffs.
same thing with me too. PC runs all other games perfectly. except apex i have 23ms ping 150mbs internet in all other games much worse since update
- @EA_Darko Coman, its like the 6th time I get kicked out of the server and losing a bunch of RP... Wtf is going on? Why don't u just shut down for maintenance until its working again? This is just making people annoyed. I hope you'll restore peoples RP after this shitstorm.
@zam0thtotally agree, he can get away with palming it off if its the odd person but when its 80% of the user base and lobbies are only half filled that some serious server issue with their login and infrastructure. Its not your isp and you havent changed anything if it was working perfectly before pre 10.1. Sorry to say but its pretty condescending to blame your connection or isp at fault when its happening to 10000s of players.
I have been experiencing CONSTANT crashing since the update went live yesterday.
I’ve been disconnected from the servers at least 30-40 times now.

it’s not WiFi when EVERYONE is experiencing iti cant even have a single match without the error messenge, sometimes i dont even have a teammate (´；ω；｀)
More than 1 day with this issue, they no close servers, nor manage to fix, this is a joke and is just infuriating.

Lost over 200 RP atm and its so annoying.

Just shut down the game until you fixed this BS because people are losing so much RP its insane, I don't care that much about the RP but its the time itself.

There were glitches and issues before, but now, after Ramparts event download, it's gone straight to hell. I have to quit the game and restart after every 1-2 games Arenas or BR, and I barely ever get a full squad because of disconnects!! I spent a lot on this game and I'm getting to that point where my sense of humor is running out with this kind of crap, and I'll start spending my $$ on COD/Black Ops.
I've been disconnected from the game over 15 times in about 5 or so games so far. Yes, that means 3 cute and fluffy disco's every game on average. I'm running a fiber connection with 1000mb up & down. Maybe it is my connection like the EA guy said.... laughter....with 6ms ping living close to the Dallas server... laughter....
Forget that 90% of the time when you start a game your teammates are either:
1. Disconnected
2. Not there
3. One there
4. Yelling and screaming about what a fantastic server we are playing on.... laughter...
I was actually in game waiting to q up while typing the last message - which is why I'm now typing this one. Game started.... was kicked... received my first abandoned penalty. Thanks Apex. Fkn dgsht gme.
Its Apex 100000 people have this problem lmao
