Keep getting disconnected Apex

I keep getting disconnected playing Apex. Its verry annoying because I'm losing RP and get 10 minutes cooldown everytime. My connection isn't the problem and its for sure not the computer.. Can y...

Hey @Criitical_TV you need to poll the results for the full UO Trace, can you run it again and follow the instructions exactly.

Hey @Criitical_TV your UO Trace is showing connection issues, you have some very high ping times and you also have Ping best/worst differences of 100ms+. Any difference of 100ms+ is a cause for concern.

The best thing I can recommend is to try the steps I shared above and speak with your ISP.

  Seriously what kind of "support" is that. Everyone has these issues and this guy be like "talk to your ISP". Fix your goddamn game ffs.

  same thing with me too. PC runs all other games perfectly. except apex i have 23ms ping 150mbs internet in all other games much worse since update

  @EA_Darko Coman, its like the 6th time I get kicked out of the server and losing a bunch of RP... Wtf is going on? Why don't u just shut down for maintenance until its working again? This is just making people annoyed. I hope you'll restore peoples RP after this shitstorm.
