Re: Banned off of EA for a game I have never played.

Hey there,

If you haven't recently used your account and you're finding it's been banned, it's likely that someone else gained access to the account and was up to no good with it. In those cases we would ban the account to stop that activity until we can be sure the proper account owner has control again.

  • As I've said, I've attempted to make contact with EA advisors for a week or two now. Complete radio silence. Not even an explanation to why I was banned. Feels like a big go * yourself

    I got banned because of Apex I have never played that game before and they refuse to reverse My band. They could literally scan my computer and see Apex has never been on My computer

    Yes three times and they said their decision is final.. I'm never buying a game from ea again this is blatantly unfair And disgusting treatment

    If our TOS team have denied your appeals @prezy9 then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

  • @EA_DarkoHave you ever considered to give the feedback you receive here about tos team forward to the right people to look into a possible issue ?

    It’s not uncommon that people receive copy paste answers from the tos team, even i did. where they copy pasted an answer that I didn’t even ask

    Hey @BallisticMVP these are not copy-paste responses, each case is investigated by our team and they use preformatted responses.

  • @EA_Darko Sry sir but I can’t believe that, I received the standard “we investigated your case and and are sure the ban is justified response“ when I didn’t even ask about removing a ban, I didn’t even mention anything in the slightest in that direction.

    So how can you tell me that they seriously investigate the cases when their own response clearly shows they didn’t even read what I asked ?

    Also there is no need to defend them here it’s pretty obvious that you are probably not even allowed to speak in any kind of way bad about them. I only asked you to please forward the feedback about the tos team.

    You are free to believe what you wish to @BallisticMVP but I can guarantee you that all TOS investigations are performed by a member of the team.

    If they denied your appeal then it means they found evidence that supports the ban.

  • @EA_DarkoWell as I said I didn’t ask to remove a ban, that was not the topic. That was just their response.I DID NOT APPEAL the ban

    I didn’t say they get not worked on/picked up but what is done with them is questionable…

    Maybe I am just used to decent customer care.
