Hey @Banxia1457,

There are many reasons to why such account can be banned, for example using an alt account to bypass a ban.

This forum isn't intended for account related issues as these forums are intended for community interactions.

Now of course you can still appeal it according to this article:

Though if the ToS team decides to uphold it then the decision is most likely permanent.

If that's the case then I wouldn't recommend creating posts complaining about the action taken, it could lower the chances of them withdrawing such ban.

    @XHelperZ Before I recharge, I asked the staff if they could recharge what they told me yes, and I did not do anything other than recharge. If I still need to worry about my account every day to play a game, then I can only think it is a garbage platform

    Sorry, I'm not really understanding what you're trying to say with "recharge"

    Could you elaborate a bit more?

    What @Banxia1457 is talking about is that they made an in game purchase and received the coins and or item and then decided to have the charge against their credit card reversed.

    This is against the EA policy regarding, purchase's and sales agreement's and is a violation that will get an account banned. 

    Steam may allow for this but Apex does not.

    This stuff happens all the time, for various reasons but basically the end user, purchaser is at fault.
