Re: Prime Gaming loot pending, unable to receive

@verycooldragon this happened to me before. I had claimed a bunch of stuff from prime and it was marked as claimed but it never showed up in my Apex account. I ended up finding a solution though:

1. Go to the Prime benefits page and find an item from EA (i.e. FIFA, Madden, UFC, etc.) and click it to claim the loot for it.
2. You'll end up needing to link your EA and Amazon accounts.
3. Log into Apex and the items that you claimed should be in your account.

    Yeah, I have all the rewards since Season 11 except Catalyst; just didn’t check into Twitch for whatever reason. This time the lag time between claiming the reward and receiving was longer than expected.

    @verycooldragon i don't mean unlinking and then relinking it. like leave it connected and then do the steps. if that doesn't work, then idk. definitely submit a ticket if you haven't. it's weird that it says pending though. i think when i had the issue with prime mine said claimed. so maybe it's an issue with prime? are the other things you're claiming through prime actually showing up in game?

    @verycooldragon very weird. so it seems like it's EA games only. i might say to check reddit and see if anyone over there has a solution.
    i quickly just googled it and on the amazon games page it basically just says that the "pending" status means that it's claimed but that you haven't gotten it in game yet. i would say to just make sure that you're signing into the correct EA account, that the correct EA account is linked to your twitch/twitch prime, and maybe try to email/chat with EA support

    Over a year later and I am also having this same issue, all other games work but I just collect in game content for any game I have. Logged into Apex today after ages and none of the loot is here. All are left in the state of "pending". I tried to re-link via getting loot from another EA game, it did not help. Live chat did not help. Any other suggestions? I don't want to lose the items by completely removing the link to me EA account via Amazon.
