Re: 60-70 ping on Data Center, 250-300 on match, Singapore server Apex

Hey @atharhehe Can you try going through our Advanced connecting troubleshooting guide to see if this helps with the high ping we're seeing?

Playing on the same Data Center, it doesnt help at all. Also keep encountering high packlet loss issue
