Sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having on your new system.

I'm afraid we cannot make any changes or discuss account details here on the forums, nor would we be able to provide or allow information regarding bypassing any account actions to take place here.

I do see you've already mentioned creating an appeal multiple times, however this would be the only way to have a ban or suspension on your account reviewed.

If the Terms of Service team has declined to remove the action, that is not something we'll be able to assist with on the forums either.
