Geforce Now EC:10502

Cant play due to how Geforce Now  works as each session acts like logging into a new device triggers the EC:10502 error. So if the service is acting up and you have to restart it a couple of times it will trigger the error.

Apex does not support Cloud computers IE Virtual Machines.

    (Edit: Update):

If you get a message that says: Too many computers have accessed this account’s version of [game name] recently. Please try again later.

This is because you can only install your game on up to five computers per 24-hour period, as mentioned in our Terms of Service.

Here are some things that can count as a new computer:

    • using a different computer
    • changing the hardware in your current computer
    • using a virtual machine
    • using a cloud gaming service.

It can take up to 24 hours for you to be able to relaunch the game.

And now you have to wait 24 hours to play... games launched in the cloud kick you out after about 5 minutes of inactivity, so you have to log in again and no one will be sitting in front of the computer all the time, you have to get up, do something, or do something at home... so your policy is probably outdated and it's time for a change

When I open the apex legends on geforcenow I get this error code: EC:10502 and i dont know how to deal with it. Is there a way to solve it?

I ve always been playing from geforcenow and recently i launched the game and this error popped up, tried to relaunch it, same thing.

this still happens, is due to EAs maximum locations check. sometime the game will disconnect and whenever you start a new session the vdi will acquire a different IP which triggers there maximum location policy it goes away after 24 hours but is really annoying for anyone using cloud gaming platforms. i believe it also occurs on Titanfall.

EA need to change its lockout policy to 1 hour instead of 24 hours
