The problem is solved finally after 3 seasons of struggling, I changed a few options but I'm not sure which one fixed it
- Prefer maximum performance in the Nvidia control panel
- Add the game to run on the Nvidia card through Windows 10 Graphics settings (Very useful option to use with chrome, video player, etc)
- Turn on: Reduce latency and improve performance option in Windows 10 graphics settings
