Ban Appeal response times
Hey guys, I know that ban assistance can't be done here on the Forums, but - I was recently hacked and my e-mail was changed. Luckily I was still logged in and was able to be quick and contact support to change it back before the hacker could change anything else. But, suddenly, after trying to unwind from the ordeal with some Wild Hearts, I find that my account was banned. There's no "reason" in the reason box, and I feel like it's something that might have happened due to the hack.
This circles back to my question, I've submitted an appeal case, and am very antsy and wracked with anxiety due to these events and would like a bit of information as to how long responses to cases like this typically take. So, this circles to my actual question. How long does it take for someone to respond to a case like this?

I believe it usually takes up to 30 days. But you could have a faster response depending on how many cases the Terms of Service Team have to go through.
But until then, keep a close eye on your appeal if there are any changes.
