Re: Need Assistance with error code CE-38605-2 while redownloading Apex legends PS4

I found a solution to the problem. I resolved it by saving all my data to the PS4 cloud. Then, I performed a factory reset on my PS4, logged back in, and re-downloaded the game. Finally, I saved my data back to the PS4. Currently, everything seems to be working fine. I will provide an update once the installation is complete.
