It look like your Twitch and Steam are both linked to a disabled EA account. You can recover it by sending a password reset email to the original email address on the EA ccoun, but if that doesn't work (or if you can't remember the account details) I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at how they can best help you.
