- @EA_Pulsar I did everything in the article but my Apex coins still not show up. I created the ticket 3 times and no reply from the support team. I have all informations of my purchased the Apex coins. Please help me out

If you didn't receive a response to your case, you will need to resume it or reply to the email sent to your inbox. Only our support team can review your account regarding your missing coins.
Spoiler- Sign in to your EA Account.
- Go to My Cases.
- Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case.
If you used Steam for purchase of those coins. Go to Steam Support->purchases->find that purchase->I have a question about this purchase.
Explain your problem and they will help. Worked for me.
- @EA_Pulsar I did resume my case but there is no option to start chatting with the supervisor. I sent an email for a couple of days and the status shown is waiting for the player. If there is a way to contact? please help
- @MamalatTTV Steam support doesn't reply to my ticket. I did explain exactly but still no way to help me, so I just gave up with Steam support. I appreciate your help
