2 years agoIf you didn't receive a response to your case, you will need to resume it or reply to the email sent to your inbox. Only our support team can review your account regarding your missing coins.

- Sign in to your EA Account.
- Go to My Cases.
- Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case.

@EA_Pulsar I did resume my case but there is no option to start chatting with the supervisor. I sent an email for a couple of days and the status shown is waiting for the player. If there is a way to contact? please help
