Using anything that can click buttons faster than a human is physically able to is cheating, IMO. Do what you want though. It isn't like EASY anti-cheat is gonna find out.

Apex iteration of EAC wouldnt recognize/punish , but other EAC like the one used in "The Finals" would.
Another hint on that cheat prevention isnt Respawns priority Anything that gives an unfair advantage can lead to a ban.
- @OldTreeCreeper im not gonna lie i struggle how to see how this would be an unfair advantage when we see people like leamonhead and all of the preds or even masters bunny hoping left and right i would only use a macro for bunny hopping or even tap strafing that's it
- @aweinspiring41 Well people that say those guys don’t use macro‘s for movement are very naive.
No it’s not allowed ofc but eac can’t detect it - @aweinspiring41 Anything that automates button presses is cheating. It sounds like you want to automate bunny hopping.
yea i do
and that would be cheating.

@BallisticMVPofc EAC can detect it (you can see that in other games that use EAC Anticheat) ... my bet is that its simply too many people relying on macros that it wouldnt look good to the shareholders if you ban 100K+ users that arent even aware they are cheating (you can tell by the OP asking if its a cheat or not).
Should be also pretty easy to detect most forms of anti recoil , since those tools counter the recoil always the same to the millisecond, not really human like.
Just imagine the twitter outrage of those ppl , bad advertisement ... "my bet is that its simply too many people relying on macros that it wouldnt look good to the shareholders if you ban 100K+ users that arent even aware they are cheating (you can tell by the OP asking if its a cheat or not)."
Not being aware of the rules does not excuse you from punishment from breaking them.
All of those players that you are talking about should have read and understood what they read in the user agreement and therefore should be aware. If not that is on them for not paying attention to what they have agreed to.
Just for reference here below is one line out of that user agreement that covers this specific topic.
- Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools (such as "auto", "macro", hack or cheat software), or use exploits, bugs or problems in an EA Service to gain unfair advantage.
