Account recovery

How do I get into contact with live help or a human. I don’t want to receive automated messages.

    Then why do I recieve the same automated response every time.

    Trebeh_oJ​ To better help and assist players, the EA Support Team and the EA TOS Team do use templates to quickly ask questions, provide their names, etc. to players who contacts them.

    If you're appealing a ban and you're getting a message that states to "not expect anything further", that message is automated as after your 3rd ban appeal, your 4th, (and onward), appeals are auto closed by the system.

    To whom it may concern,
    I am writing to express my disgust against EA in relation to their inconsistent and unfair moderation policies, particularly those resulting in account bans.

    The core issue lies in the fact that while voice chat is not monitored or recorded, text chat is actively moderated, often leading to bans even in situations where the banned user was not the instigator of any inappropriate behavior. This creates a biased enforcement environment where context is ignored, evidence is incomplete, and users are penalized unfairly.

    Many users have been banned for defending themselves or responding to provocation that originated in unmonitored voice channels. This lack of transparency and uneven policy enforcement raises serious concerns about due process, digital rights, and consumer protection.

    This issue deserves collective attention and accountability from the company responsible.

    Is there anything I can do to bypass that automated message. I have had warnings on a separate account but not all for the same reasons. So I feel that it is unfair that I receive this automated message when I’m willing to fix the problem. Especially when I’ve put in 5k hours and hundreds if not a thousand dollars into a game. When I have complied pretty much every time I’ve been suspended. Thank you for all your help it means a lot that you have reached out for me. Any other help you can give me would obviously be undoubtably appreciated.

    If the message says to "not expect anything further", it does sadly mean that the ban will be upheld.

    No problem! I do what I can to help where I can, however when it comes down to account related issues, I unfortunately cannot do anything about it since I don't work for EA or for Respawn, (all I can do is to redirect you to the right place for support).

    Also, it may be a little confusing, but the hero tags you see some of us have is more meant to show that we're volunteers on the forums.
