Re: I appealed my EA account 3 times but could not lift the ban.

If you have strange login records it would lead me to believe that your account may have been compromised/hacked.

You will need to first get your account re-secured along with the associated e-mail before attempting to lift the ban. See below for links to get that done.

    Contact an advisor via EA help live chat to get your account re-secured. Make sure you have all the information regarding your account and associated e-mail ready at hand in order to verify ownership.

    That is your first step in getting your account back. The advisor should at that time be able to submit an appeal concerning the ban as well.
