I logged into apex today and got the cross progression prompt on my PC account, I clicked yes and wasn't given the second screen (only the "Cross Progression is Here" screen) where you get to confirm your account merge and it sent me to the lobby screen? does this mean i can never get the prompt again or do cross progression? I was trying to merge PS4 account to PC yet it did not work at all and im stuck on my pc account Is it possible to reserve this to give me the prompt again
Cross Progession still is not working for me for my PC and XBOX account, what can i do?

Can you share how Cross Progression isn't working for you? Are you missing content from one of the accounts?
Have you ever unlinked an account?
I have not unlinked anything.
I was told i would have some skins from my PC account to XBOX and the other way as well, but I do not.
My coins do not combine as it states it should. Same with crafting and stuff.
Nothing is working how it should when it even told me my accounts and i did what i needed to do.
Is there a way someone can manually link it?

Gotcha. If you're not seeing anything at all from PC on your Xbox or vice versa and none of your currencies had combined either, that almost sounds like your accounts aren't connected.
Just looking at the account you're posting with, for example, you don't have an Xbox account connected here.
Is the account you're posting with the one you use to play on PC? Do you have multiple EA accounts?
I dont believe i have another EA account.
Is there a way to check my XBOX account and see whats connected to that? I'm not sure how to send my steam account over.

Hey @CornDontCare,
Try the steps on our linking page here under How to link platform accounts to EA > On EA Help.
You're not going to be linking anything currently, but this would let you sign in to an EA account using your Xbox account login information.
From there, you can visit your EA account page here to get an idea of which account that would be.
If that turns out to be an older account or one you can't access, please contact support directly so they can help get that login information updated.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist from that point. Live support sent me here I'm having a similar problem with the xbox and pc the same thing happened with the crash and screen both my Xbox and steam are linked on my ea and can't unlink until May there's alot more to add on but I won't make it a book
Hello! I linked my accounts and I think it worked but now, I lost EVERYTHING.
I lost all my skins, all my unlocked characters, my points/gold.
Can this be fixed PLEASE.

Hey @CornDontCare,
Linking your platforms from a different EA account will cause progress to be lost as you've found. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
In this case, you've just linked Steam and Xbox accounts to your current EA account, but neither of those was originally linked here so you wouldn't have any progress from them. They would just have access to whatever progress is already on this EA account.
If you're trying to restore progress, you would need to link your platforms to their original EA accounts and try accessing it there. There is not a way to transfer progress from one EA account to another, so if you have progress split across multiple EA accounts as appears to be the situation here, there won't be a way to merge that together I'm afraid.
Hello , I have reviewed all information on cross progression however no information provided has helped. My account should be able to be cross progressed from my PSN to my PC account. On apex tracker it shows that my accounts have merged per recent games BUT none of the cosmetics , levels, badges etc have merged. I’ve now lost so much money and unlockables due to this. Can someone please help me in getting these things back. I’ve paid for the digital products and now they are gone. We must rectify this issue.
