Hi everyone,
I am going to mark this as Solution for visibility purposes and to collect some information.
The issue is being investigated.
Thanks for all the reports.
Could we ask you the following?
- Did this issue occur in Portal or All out Warfare?
- What mode? (Player Created or Portal Featured/Which mode?)
- How frequently do you experience this issue?
- What region are you playing from?
- Can you capture & share the server name/instance with the advanced setting active?
- [Needs to be within 12 hours to capture logs]
- With "Advanced Settings" we mean the Network Performance Bar, which can be found in and turned on by following these steps.
I got the issue on Player Created Portal, the server is crashing for no reason, like disconnecting server.
The frequency of this is like every 30min or something like that, it was mostly on 128 players because when I joined the player portal created 64/64 and it didn't crash once

- @EA_Leeuw I experienced this last night in official AOW US East rush servers, three games in a row. I tried restarting my console and hard-quitting the game. I was able to play Breakthrough with no issues. On XSX, no capture info.
- @EA_Leeuw It's happening in AOW too on conquest. Since new season it happens more and more. You see the screen freeze and than it disconnects and throws you back at starting screen without error message.

This issue is constantly happening every match for me. Occasionally I’ll get a PS5 error and always report it. It’s pretty much unplayable for me right now due to the constant errors and being kicked. For the future, perhaps clarify these errors in the pop up, allow reporting in game, and an option to rejoin even if it’s a queue. As far as stats, I sure hope they don’t consider these errors negative as in losses as I have been having this issue through S4 but it’s much worse this season.
I also completed the recent survey, thank you all for researching and I hope a fix comes up soon. Hope you all have a nice summer!
- @EA_Leeuw This happens frequently to me while playing All Out Warfare.
Conquest, Breaktrhrough, Rush & TDM, not every game, but sometimes multiple times per game. I've noticed it more frequently after the switch from Origin to the EA App (maybe a cohesion issue between launcher & the game itself?)

Been running {SWEATS ANONYMOUS} with some Xbox Series S (New Gen) guys for a little over 6 months now and it’s been crashing it seams like every 30 min since the launch of season 5. It has slowed down a little but we were on it last night and out of a 4hr session it dropped twice in the first hour (30min in which seams to be reoccurring) and the 3rd time starting it ran for 1hr and a half without a crash! Then it did do it 2 more times in that 30min period. I’ve had the bad server connection bar at the top since I started the server but it seams like it doesn’t show a red before the crash… We run this server every Mon, Wed, Sat night 10pm CST if you do keep eyes on the portal servers and hope for some feedback to give to my Facebook Battlefield 2042 community. Thank you👍🪖🥾
