Profile Pic becoming blurry in EA App but looks fine on EA.com

Hello, I've recently migrated to EA App to play sims 4 and I've decided to change my profile picture. However, upon changing my profile picture it becomes very blurry on the App and I can't find the reason why it's doing this. I've never had this issue with photos being blurry on Origin so why is this happening now on EA App? Here are the photos to show what's happening, in the first one, you can see me selecting the photo and saving it. However in the EA App, the image is so beyond blurry that it's just annoying to the eye and I have to change it something else.

    @EA_DarkoYes, every image I use becomes blurry, even going back to the one I was using before changing it. 

    EDIT: Only one image works and it's a background photo but it's not what I want to use, it's just temporary till the issue is fixed.

    Testing it on my end and it looks fine @Disillusioned0.

    What is different between the image that looks normal and the others?

    @EA_Darko It's not blurry like the others. I don't know why this once specifically works but every single other photo is blurry. There is no other difference. I really do think this is a problem with the App cause like I said, I never had this issue with Origin and now my best friend is also having the same issue.

    Hey @Disillusioned0 if an issue with the app I would be expecting to see more reports of it. I'm testing here using 3 PCs and about 10 EA accounts and cannot recreate the issue using a variety of images.

    @EA_Darko So because I'm the only one dealing with this issue that has reported it in a sense, nothing will be done about it? To me, it's clear it's an app issue because like I said, I NEVER had this issue with origin and now I suddenly do with the new app. But again, since I'm the only one reporting it, nothing will be done.

    Generally @Disillusioned0 if an issue is onlu affecting a single uaer and we cannot recreate it this points to an issue on the user side. For such issues this would be something you need to troubleshoot yourself.

    Good day!

    Well now I have the same issue. Picture is blurry in app despite showing normal quality at EA.com. It is this way with every avatar I use either from my own pictures or the provided ones from games. I'm new to EA and only had one picture on my avatar before which was displayed in flawless quality as is in the original.
