Summarize your bug I'm using the GamePass and I'm a Korean user, but I can't run the Korean version of the game. Anthem
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you run the Anthem, an error message appears on the first screen. It is a message saying that the installed language cannot be used with the current account, reinstalling it or using a different account.
What happens when the bug occurs? Click OK button to exit
What do you expect to see? It seems that the EA app or client judges that my EA account is not a Korean account.
As a result of inquiring with MS, they said that they did not find any problems with the MS account.
I received EA chat support and took measures such as clearing the EA app cache, but it was not fixed.
I don't know if it's related to the game pass account.
