Login did not go as planned
Hi, I am struggling to log in to my EA App since this morning. I keep on getting this msg "We couldn't log you in because the network failed to do its network thing. Try again in a few minutes."
Are the servers down?
Whats going on?
- @Glayvy Yes, it was my internet, which was a the problem. You will need to open your network and sharing center, and click on Change adapter, right click on your wifi to open up the properties. At the network tab, scroll down to find the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" double click on this. Stay on the general tab and go to this option "Use the following DNS server adresses".
Preferred DNS type in 1.1.1.1
Alternative DNS server type in 1.1.0.0
And click ok. And then launch EA App
