Load old DVD games into the EA app

Question

I have a DVD of Battlefield Hardlines that I did install on my old computer.&nbsp; Now I have a new computer but wish to use the app and install the game there. However the App recognises that I have already used the code (On my old computer) and will not let me use it again. What can I do? I like the Idea of the app and would like to store my game there so that should I get a new computer, I can still play my older games... can anyo

Hi @SuziWhitfield,When you redeem a code via the EA app, or previously via Origin, you redeem it directly onto an EA account. Meaning that as long as you are using the correct EA account, and log in with the correct account (that has the game) in the EA app on another device, you will be able to download the game directly via the EA app itself.Hope this helps.
