Summarize your bug 2 Accts for EA app. 2 accts for Steam. 2 accts for Xbox. Installed NFS Unbound on one acct in EA. Tried to use other acct. was promoted to purchase NFS Unbound again. I did. Now game shows as installed but game icon is greyed out. All my accounts are connected properly. Unable to launch NFS.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens. NFS won’t launch.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my purchased game work.
I have two accounts for EA app. I installed NFS unbound on acct 1. Played perfectly. I tried to use acct 2 but was prompted to purchase NFS again. I did. I also purchase an EA Pro acct for acct 2. NFS seemed to download. Now logging on acct 2 NFS shows as installed but is greyed out and says UNAVAILABLE and no play button. No option to download again. I reinstalled the EA App and cleared the cache to no avail. I’m afraid to uninstall NFS because of acct 1 progress. Please help.
