Really annoying I cannot speak to anyone without posting in a forum! My FC24 Standard edition code was redeemed and the game has failed to show up in my library. I have tried reinstalling the ea app etc to no avail. The code initially redeemed correctly and it sent me to a download dialog even tho i already had it downloaded for the trial. Now it is only the trial that is showing in the library.
I bought a key, from a site. I got the key and reedemed it in EA app. The key worked, but after reedeming my key, i clicked the other option, not the Download. The game is missing. The game was EA SPORTS FC24. Help me please ☹️

In the EA App I redeemed a code for FC24 and tried to download.
For a while the EA App was saying "Preparing" and then it said there was an issue downloading.
I went into my Library to tried and download again but FC24 is missing from my Library.
I tried to redeem the code again but it just said that the code had already been redeemed.
I currently have no game in my library and no way to find it.
Any help appreciated.

As you can see i have the game here but on my EA APP it doesnt show up, i have tried Unnistalling and Installing the App,I cleared the Cache and I already restarted the app a lot of times and nothing shows up, I also see a lot of people with the same issue so if EA could give us a fix i think a lot of people would be happy
