Summarize your bug The EA app has turned invisible. im in the middle of updating the sims 4 and the app wont open, it has a faint border but it is invisible. it hasnt shown an error or crashed yet, just wont load. i dont know what to do. if i force close it will it break my game? do i leave it?

edit the problem is worse the entire app wont let me play my games and says "weve encountered a mysterious error, try again in a little bit"
it also said the servers were down.
