Same problem. I have been using the game since Friday, I played more than 3 games every day, but still can't use Transfers on Web or mobile.
They say we have to keep play and meet the requirements, but they cannot tell which requirement we do not fulfill.
It is ridiculous.

I've (and probably many others) read it many times but it doesn't help. We do the thing the artice says but we still can't access the transfer market.
It also doesn't help if you always put here the same article.
Your reply does not add anything useful to this thread. We have read that article many times and we are aware of the requirements. And that's the issue, we fulfill them yet we can't access the market. How the hell are we supposed to know what are missing to gain access? It's been 4 days since the game came out...

- I have the same issue. Cynically I'm just waiting for EA to change their help page (that we've all read many times) to remove any of the language around timing, but it's clear there is some sort of bug going on for returning players.

Not a bug @Scrima, you just need to keep playing till such Tim's as it unlocks.

I've got the same issue. Read this article, been a member for 10 years, I've been playing the game everyday as asked for, and it's still not giving me access. I've got no bans. Good account. Looks like a defect with whatever automation or batch job they have running to unlock accounts
