If a child is under the age limit for their region, they are not able to join in multiplayer games. This is not something we can change.

    That isn't true.. Under parental controls you can make exemptions via requests and grant access. This was possible with fifa 23

    I recommend contacting an advisor to see if they can assist with this. Cases can be opened here.

    @EA_Aljo Could you please explain how to open a case? The link you posted just points back to the help homepage and the only option is to search existing help topics - I can't submit a new case.
    I agree with @freshies123 that there is a bug here on PS4 as it is blocking access where FIFA23 on PS4 and FC24 on PS5 is allowing access.

    1. Go to help.ea.com
    2. Choose your game
    3. Choose the reason for contacting support
