Ea app download error ieframe.dll isnt designed for windows!!!!!

I bought the game on steam and I downloaded it but when I try to download the ea app it says ieframe.dll isnt designed to run on windows or it contains an error. And when I clik ok it pop up this picture every time. I just want to play a game that I ordered. I tried every solution and even try to set the pc on factorz settings and that also did not work. Please help!!!!
