Why does my FC24 keep disconnecting even though i have stable internet

I moved your post from the Star Wars forums to FC 24. As far as your issue goes, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

Hi, thank you, Sorrry I thought I had. I have just spent the past 15mins trying to reply to you but keep the attached error so ive had to move to my laptop, 

sorry now on my laptop i see the button, And riught now i cant get on but my partner is playing borderlands with no issues, I cant complete objectives or compete in champions etc

It looks like you're playing on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

its too far away unfortunately but im showing good connection anyway 

Thank you for helping and I did get it sorted in the end I basically can't play unless I'm plugged in to the WiFi box no matter how close I am which is a joke in it self. But now I'm trying to login and everytime I'm clicking rivials/champions/online draft it's just taking me back to the main screen even though my WiFi is plugged in and each time I test it I'm get well over 100mbps on download and upload
