  • @AlCraziit’s SOOOO easy? Please tell me how easy it is to add the code in.

You make AAA games with hundreds of thousands or more of lines of code don’t you? Where would you slip that code on? How will you ensure that it won’t cause a bug in another area of the game? What if something in that code causes the patch to fail the pre-screening process on consoles?

Please explain how easy it is, since you’re SOOOO knowledgeable.

literally EVERY FPS GAME IN EXISTENCE HAS a hold to sprint option. they have toggle/hold for aiming and crouching but not for sprinting and and i dont know * about code but compared to the other stuff this would take them seconds to add this, this would not be such a huge problem where it would bug other code fk off with that bs

  • And how do you know this? I’m still waiting for you to answer my question.

Just because other games have it, doesn’t mean it’s easy to ADD in later.

You don’t know how the base code is set-up.

If it’s so easy, why don’t you just make your own game?

This entire argument makes 0 sense to me. Because he wants to see a simple addition to the binding options, he needs to have an employee's level of knowledge on how to implement it? You understand that ANY change they make to the game has the possibility to create new bugs? Is that supposed to deter them from making the game better? You are acting like this isn't something that happens regularly. Any game developer worth their salt has things in place to test for bugs prior to release.

And your second post with the oh-so played out "if it is so easy why don't you do it" literally adds nothing to this conversation. This dude doesn't owe you a single explanation lol. He isn't trying to apply for a job bud, he is pointing out an aspect of the game many people agree could be improved upon. Clearly you don't agree, but that doesn't mean he needs to write a detailed report on how this would be implemented. We as consumers have the right to express our wishes about possible ways to improve a game.

I think you need to come down from off your high horse a bit more.
