@ItzMoniique, from my understanding Windows users get all the packs available to them sooner than Mac users. So either computer will work, you just have to be a bit more patient with a Mac to get new content. 😉 But it also would depend on what else you would use your computer for, besides playing the Sims. 🤔

Packs are released at the same time Puglove, it's consoles that have to wait longer 😃.
Mac or Windows really depends on what you want to use the computer for, if you want to game a lot more than just The Sims 4, I suggest Windows.
More games are available for Windows, even though Mac is becoming more popular! Same games even support Linux nowadays!
Both have system requirements you need to meet to run game, keep that in mind.

Oops! Totally sorry about that @ItzMoniique & @Phantomlover1717 ! 🤭 I thought I had heard that Mac took longer, but maybe that was for the Sims 3? 🤔 I could have sworn that I remembered a bunch of people waiting for the Mac versions of EPs to come out, but I wasn't 100% sure, so that is why I mentioned that it was just my understanding. 😳 (Apparantly I understood incorrectly! 😃 ) I have a relative that plays on Xbox, so I know it takes longer to get all the packs for consoles, but I don't know anybody who plays the Sims 4 on a Mac.
Well, at least I was right when I mentioned that the type of computer you should get depends on what else you want to use it for! 😉
