Re: Unable to hire additional vets for my vet clinic

No, I don’t have any mods attached to the game, the only thing I can think of is that I downloaded the vet clinic from the online store...

it seemed to have happened when my original Sim died.. as I am having a problem with her cat as well. I created a new sim who bought the clinic and moved into her house with the original cat. The cats icon is greyed out as if missing and is no where to be found but i can’t do anything as if it was missing (no missing animal posts available etc..) it’s just not there anymore. I’ve tried selling the clinic then rebuying it, I’ve moved households. Not sure what else I can do. It’s just a bit annoying more than anything as the clinic is now 5 stars  so I want to avoid having to reset anything haha if I have to though, I will!

tested your save and can duplicate your issue. Couldn't find any solution though as I think removing the perk with cheats doesn't seem to work either and I think the main issue is, that you have the perk but it's not registering. Don't think it has anything to do with the clinic itself cause buying a different one has the same effect.

To get your cat back: Move the Sim out and back in. That worked for me.
