Re: sim 4 parenting

@Camilla1501, I jump around from household to household, so its been awhile since I played with a Sim who had Level 10 in the Parenting Skill, but it sounds like you are referring to "Full Parent Mode". ( I remember using the Level 10 Parenting skill mostly for the "Super Efficient Baby Care" and not so much for what you are talking about since the parents I was playing with were high level Vampires and didn't need Full Parent Mode/Focused Parenting. 😉 )  It is supposed to kick in when your parent has low needs, so you just might have not had low enough needs yet. 🤔  For more information on this (and other tips for TS4), I highly recommend Carl's Sims 4 Guide! 😇  Here is a link to what they have to say on the Parenting Skill:
