Re: Object stuck off of lot after being set as head
@alovelylark You could try activating the MOO cheat (so nothing gets grabbed up with it and deleted while doing this), then set as head again while standing in the middle of the home, then when you reverse this it should be more fully on your lot. Then you should be able to grab it with the hand/select tool and press delete while selected or if that doesn't work grab it and drag it to 'sell' in your inventory.
If you are unable to grab the ship, try zooming the camera in closely and at a 'ground level' and see if you can select it them. As I said, make sure your sim is standing in the middle of the lot/home, though, while doing this. You can zoom in at a better angle for this if you set the game to 'Sims 3 Camera'.

If none of this works, you can try the 'TOOL' Mod. It allows you to do many things, including selecting and deleting things [edit: certain things, but not all things] outside the border of your lot.
