Re: Here's how EA treats those who spend money to support them

Hey there @KugatsuAres,

Account issues should be dealt with by the TOS team, users cannot help with these kinds of matters here on the forums.

If you've already been rejected multiple of times then the action will most likely be permanent.

I've already replied to your post on Reddit, let's continue there as we might be able to find out what specifically caused this.

  •  They said there were three opportunities to investigate, and I have been denied since the second time and kept getting the same response, I had no chance to explain at all.
Yes, I saw your reply on Reddit, I answered you there

As you mentioned in your thread, you made use of the chargeback system.

According to the TOS, chargebacks are not allowed, thus you were in violation of the TOS.

"Make use of any payment methods or refund systems to access, purchase or refund EA Services for fraudulent purposes, or without permission of the authorized owner, or otherwise concerning a criminal offence or other unlawful activity."

With the information we have, it seems like the action taken against your account was rightful, therefore I personally don't see any reason for the TOS staff to overturn the actions taken.

  • I didn't say I applied for a refund, I said my bank account was indeed debited, maybe I used the wrong word and you misunderstood me, I'm sorry for that, because English is not my main language.

Ah I see, in that case I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

Sadly enough, if that is the case, I would lack the proper knowledge to help you.

In that case we might have reached a dead end as I and others cannot help you on these forums.

Your best choice would be to try contacting the TOS team again, though if it is their final decision then you're better off leaving the TOS team be.

Maybe someone else can help you on another platform, though so far it seems like this is going to be permanent.
